Who we are
Zeromits ("we", "us") is a collection of free browser-based tools. It is operated from Iloilo City, Philippines. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we do not collect
You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details to use a tool. Files, spreadsheets, lists and text you enter into a tool are processed only inside your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. Every tool is checked against this rule when the site is built.

Information stored on your device
To work properly the site stores small items in your browser's storage: your theme, text size and animation settings, and each tool's own settings. Some tools can also keep your current work so a refresh does not lose it. This data never leaves your device. You can erase it by clearing your browser's site data. The cookie policy lists every item.
Information collected automatically by others
- Hosting and network providers process standard request data such as IP address, browser type and requested page, as every website host does, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts and libraries. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Some tools load an open-source library only when you use a feature that needs it: cdnjs.cloudflare.com (SheetJS, loaded only when you import or export an Excel file); fonts.googleapis.com (only when you choose a custom typeface). Those servers see your IP address and browser details when files are requested.
- Advertising (Google AdSense). The site shows ads, and they cannot be switched off because they pay for the tools. Google and its partners may collect data such as your IP address, device identifiers and the pages you view to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalised. You can opt out with Google ad settings, and where the law requires your consent (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) Google asks for it before showing personalised ads. See the advertising disclosure.
- Analytics. We do not currently run analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and the cookie settings will be updated first.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply and improve the site. Please do not send files or sensitive personal data. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to provide and secure the tools, remember your preferences, understand and fix problems, respond to messages and, through advertising partners, fund the project. We do not sell personal data and we do not build profiles ourselves.
Legal bases and your rights
Where data protection law such as the EU or UK GDPR or the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and the need to answer your enquiries. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold almost no personal data, most of these are satisfied by clearing your browser data and using Google ad settings or .
Children
The tools are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Teachers may use tools in class with data they control; please follow your school's data policies when entering student names.
International transfers and retention
Third parties named above may process data in countries other than yours under their own safeguards. Data stored in your browser stays there until you delete it. We do not otherwise retain what you enter into a tool.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and processes your data locally, which removes the main risk of data being intercepted or leaked from a server. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid entering sensitive information that you do not need to.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
