Merge, split, extract and rotate readable PDF files directly in your browser. Your files stay on your device. This first release focuses on safe file inspection and page-range planning; it does not promise to repair every damaged PDF or bypass passwords.
Choose files to inspect locally. This release provides file validation and page-range planning; it does not claim to recover every damaged PDF.
Range validator for a selected PDF. Actual extraction/merge/rotation require a bundled PDF engine and are not falsely simulated here.
PDF Rescue Toolkit helps you prepare common PDF operations without uploading documents to a server. Select files to inspect their names, sizes and basic file signatures, then plan page ranges for extraction or splitting. Operations that require a PDF manipulation engine are clearly marked and are only offered when the engine is available in this build. The tool never overwrites originals. Encrypted files are not unlocked or bypassed, and severely corrupted files may not be recoverable.
Use the tool as a starting point, verify outputs before relying on them, and keep a separate copy of important source data. The interface is designed to work in the browser without an account. The calculations and file checks are intended to make routine work easier, not replace professional judgment or your organization's policies. Before printing, sharing, or issuing an output, review the details carefully and keep a separate backup of important records. This beta release should be tested with representative examples before you depend on it for time-sensitive work. Features that are not yet implemented are disclosed in the interface rather than shown as working controls.
Practical, plain-language advice written alongside the tool.
No. Recovery depends on the damage and the features supported by the local parser. Keep an untouched backup of the original.
No. File selection and inspection happen in your browser; files are not sent to ZeroMits.
